We enjoyed great local eats and caught a free concert at Grand Parade. The place has comfy rooms and a top-notch location near the beach. Plus, the staff was super friendly. Definitely check out the bar for some delicious sundowners.
Our only hiccup was a pesky blocked sink in one of the rooms. It took a bit of time to get sorted out, which was frustrating.

The view from the room was breathtaking, and I
enjoyed my stay overall. However, the housekeeping could have been more thorough as I noticed some areas weren't cleaned well during my three-night visit. The staff was friendly, and the location was unbeatable, close to the beach and attractions.

The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to assist, which made the stay pleasant. The room was equipped with a kitchenette and offered views of both the ocean and Lions Head, enhancing the overall experience. However, the lack of a generator was a significant drawback as we faced challenges climbing four flights of stairs during load shedding.

Friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.
I was disappointed by the partial sea view that I booked. The unit was misrepresented, preventing me from enjoying the ocean view I was looking forward to. The management's response to my concerns felt dismissive, leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied during my stay.
